Add the cream. Start with 1 tablespoon, stir, taste, and add more as needed. For a café-style texture, use a handheld frother to blend it in.
Sweeten to taste. Add your preferred keto sweetener sparingly.
Stir well to dissolve.
Customize the flavor. Add a drop or two of vanilla extract, a light shake of cinnamon, or a pinch of cocoa powder.
Optional boost. For extra richness and satiety, blend in MCT oil or a small pat of unsalted butter. Use a blender or frother for a creamy, foamy finish.
Serve and enjoy. Sip while hot. If making iced, let the coffee cool, then pour over ice and add cream.
